WE WORK ON A SUCCESS BASIS
That is to say, we only charge if we integrate the profiles that we have selected from ARATECH into your staff. The fee we charge is usually around 10%-15% of the gross annual salary of the selected profile.This depends on the type of profile, in regarding the difficulty to find them.
GUARANTEE
Guarantee of between 1 and 2 months, price agreed with the client, so that if in the first few months that the profile is on your staff, it is not what you were looking for, ARATECH will carry out the selection work again at no additional cost.
SELECTION METHODOLOGY
We carry it out by means of a direct search and also by means of the database of profiles that we have. If the team has filtered them and they fit the vacancy, two interviews will be carried out:
- 1st INTERVIEW, together with HR to meet the candidate and see if he/she meets the conditions that the vacancy requires.
- 2nd INTERVIEW, a more technical test will be carried out by one of our developers, verifying that the candidate meets the qualities that the vacancy requires.
